ECG Information

To help ensure the safety and well-being of our students, Flagler Schools is requiring all high school students wanting to participate in athletics, JROTC, Marching Band, or Color Guard to complete a one-time electrocardiogram (ECG) prior to participation.

An ECG is a medical test that records the electrical activity of the heart over a period of time. The test results provide information about the heart's rhythm, the size and position of the heart chambers, and any potential abnormalities in the heart's electrical system.

Flagler Schools is excited to partner with AdventHealth and Who We Play For to offer free ECG screenings for our students.
