Senior Cap and Gown Orders are due by December 15, 2023. 

The only way to guarantee that the cap and gown will arrive on time is to place the order by the due date of December 15th.

Purchase your cap and gown via the Josten’s website.

On the website you are able to order graduation announcements, apparel, extra tassels, keepsakes, memorabilia, and class rings.

If you are only interested in the cap, gown and tassel it should come to $42.50. If you place the order after December 15th there will be a late fee added to this amount and no guarantee that it will arrive on time.

Cap and Tassel: If you want to purchase the tassel you MUST also purchase a cap. Please call 321-242-2055 to place your order.

Senior meeting presentation

Grad Bash 2024 is the senior trip to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure and will take place for the Senior Class of 2024 on April 19th

Must be printed and turned in on paper. There are paper copies in the Activities Office.

• No more than 15 unexcused absences for the year on the day of the trip. (and you MUST be in school on trip date)
• No Out of School Suspensions
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 
• School debts and financial obligations must be cleared --- check with Cafe and Technology

Purchasing a Ticket:  
Must have completed paperwork in order to purchase a ticket. 
Tickets go on sale on December 19th at 7:35am in front of the main entrance. To guarantee a bus seat, please make sure you have your 1st payment of $70.00 (with the completed paperwork) on December 19th. You may also pay the full amount of $140.00. 
The second payment of $70.00 is due on January 16th. 
There are no refunds on Grad Bash tickets.
There are only 2 buses reserved which limits us to 90 seniors. 
We are accepting cash, credit card or tap. There is a $2.00 additional charge for credit card payments and tap.

Trip Details:

The charter Bus to Orlando will leave FPC at 4:00pm, PLEASE make sure to be at FPC by 3:15. We are meeting in the 800 gym lobby. Please park in the parking lot near the 800 gym. The senior event is a night trip and starts at 6:00pm. The park will close at 2:00am. We should be back at FPC by 4:00am. 
Students who have purchased tickets will get them the day of the event when we arrive at the park. 

There is a very strict dress code  policy that is heavily enforced by Universal Studios. 

Oscar Night - This is how FPCHS recognizes Senior Superlatives. Voting will be held on the 12th grade Schoology course.

Glitz, Glam, and Gatsby Prom 2024 at The Hilton in Daytona Beach. 

Juniors and Seniors are invited to attend the 2024 Prom. Students will be able to purchase tickets in the cafeteria during all lunches for $80.00 a ticket starting on April 15th until May 2nd. There will be buffet style food, desserts, and beverages served. Each person may only purchase one ticket and you must have your FPC ID to purchase your ticket. 

If the guest attends a different high school they will be asked to complete a guest form. 

If the guest is no longer a High School student they must be 19 years old or younger and complete the guest form.

All attendees must be 19 years old or younger.

These forms will be available in the Activities Office and on Schoology and due back by 11:00am on April 12th. This is a FINAL deadline.

All guests must have a valid photo ID with them in order to enter the prom.

*Early graduates that are no longer on campus may come to purchase prom tickets on Tuesdays (except April 30th) and Thursdays after school until 3:30pm in the Activities Office.

Students have the opportunity to walk the halls of the elementary school they attended in Flagler Schools. There is no transportation provided for this event. Each student must find their own transportation to and from the elementary school. The graduate MUST bring their cap and gown to participate. The walk will start promptly at the designated time.
There is an RSVP to attend. Students may sign up for multiple schools, but will only have access to this form once so please make sure the selection is complete before submitting. There are details about each school on the Google Form. Please make sure to write them down before submitting the form.

May 16th - Wadsworth Elementary School - 2:30pm
May 17th - Imagine School - 9:15am
May 20th - Bunnell Elementary School - 2:00pm
May 21st - Belle Terre Elementary School 1:00pm 
May 21st  - Old Kings Elementary School - 10:00am
May 21th -  Rymfire Elementary School - 10:00am  
 

Graduation practice will be held at FPCHS in the 800 gym on May 20th, 8:30am - end time is TBD. Graduates will find their seats and we will run through the order of events for the graduation ceremony. We will also have the senior Signing Board, have time to sign yearbooks and one more chance to buy parking passes, pick up your cap and gown, and get your initial 8 tickets. If transportation is an issue please contact Mrs. Fretterd ASAP so she can make arrangements for you to ride the bus. You do NOT need to wear your cap and gown. Please dress school appropriately. 

This is a MANDATORY graduation practice for all 2024 graduates.

Tickets will be distributed at the senior meeting held on April 29th for students with last names A-L and April 30th for students with last names M-Z.  

Ticket Distribution Process

Each student who has completed the graduation requirements will receive tickets at the end of the year senior meeting. Each graduating senior is entitled to 8 admission tickets free of charge, if they are on track to graduate. Please don’t take more than needed. 

If there are extra tickets to distribute, this will happen at the end of the graduation practice in May. 

There are about 100 tickets available on the day of graduation at the Ocean Center on a first-come first-served basis. 

Regalia

Honor cords, stoles, medallions, or school related awards are the only things to be worn on top of gowns. All regalia must be received from and approved by FPCHS. Students may only wear honors cords, medals, and/or stoles that are distributed and/or approved by Flagler Palm Coast High School and Flagler Schools. Please visit the Graduation Regalia page to view the district policy.

Graduate Attire

Graduates are not allowed to decorate caps. Please refrain from putting anything on top of your caps. 

There are no color restrictions. Please wear a clean and appropriate outfit. Please plan to wear a button up dress shirt or blouse, dress pants or a skirt, a dress or a pants suit, tie or a bowtie, dress shoes (no sneakers or flip flops). Heels are not required. 
 

The Flagler Palm Coast High School Class of 2024 will graduate on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 7:00pm at Daytona Beach Ocean Center. Doors will open at 6:00pm. The graduation ceremony will be live streamed. The link will be posted on the school website closer to the date of the ceremony. 
 
There will be a mandatory graduation practice on May 22th at FPCHS 8:30am.

LOCATION

Graduation will take place Daytona Beach Ocean Center. It will take you close to an hour to drive to the Ocean Center from Palm Coast due to traffic. Please plan to arrive early. Graduates report to the expo hall on the west side of the building, spectators go to the arena.

The Ocean Center requires everyone who needs a seat to have a ticket. Tickets are limited. Graduates do not need a ticket. If you have any questions about who needs a ticket and who does not or about specific seating questions please contact the Ocean Center  Daytona Beach Ocean Center.

Bags

Seniors are not allowed to carry anything under or over their gowns. Please refrain from bringing anything. Every ticket holder, including children, may carry an approved clear bag or a clutch purse. One clear bag no larger than 12”x6”x12” or a one-gallon clear “Ziploc”-style bag. One small clutch bag or purse no larger than 6.5”x6.5”, with or without a strap. Diapers and wipes may be carried in a clear bag; however, diaper bags are not permitted.

Additional clothing, blankets, etc. are allowed, as long as they are carried loosely; Preferably over the shoulder so they can get through screening faster or in an approved clear bag. Small cameras, binoculars, and cell phones may be carried loosely or in an approved clear bag. Balloons, flowers and large items will not be allowed in the Ocean Center. Please leave those in the car or at home to celebrate after the ceremony. 

Ocean Center security measures will be in place for all Flagler Schools graduations.
